“I always think that we are not providing just the wine. We provide the whole experience. So, the temperature is the most important part of that. Serving the wine in perfect condition is very important. When we serve the wine in the ice bucket, sometimes the wine becomes too cold. I think it's important for sommeliers to have a tool to control the temperature. For the end consumer, they are aware of the importance of the temperature.
