Shipping Options and Costs

We currently ship to the U.S.A. only. If you would like to ship to a country outside of the U.S.A., please contact us directly to inquire about shipping options and potential additional fees.

Order Processing and Shipping Times

All orders will ship from our warehouse within 7 business days. Once your order leaves our warehouse, the delivery timeframe will depend on the carrier service and the shipping method selected during checkout.

The shipping cost will be calculated and displayed before you complete your order.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not charge any restocking fees, and final sale items are not eligible for returns.

Product and Package Conditions

All products and packages must be in perfect condition upon receipt. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assist you with a return or replacement.

Warranty - Venus and Titan

Products are covered by a 24-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase by the final customer. Accessories related to the Products (e.g., batteries) are covered by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty.

VIVANT offers an additional 12-month extended manufacturer's warranty on Products (excluding accessories) for customers who register online. Follow this link and complete the form with your personal and purchase details to activate.

Warranty - Lyra and Vega

Products are covered by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase by the final customer.

 

What's Not Covered

The VIVANT Limited Warranty does not cover the following:

- Unauthorized modifications or repairs to the product.

- Malfunction or damage not caused by defects in materials or workmanship (e.g., user-inflicted damage).

- Normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.

- Theft, loss, or environmental damage (e.g., water damage).

Shipping for Warranty Service

The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs to return the defective product to VIVANT for warranty service. VIVANT will cover the shipping costs for returning the repaired or replaced product to the customer.

How to Claim Your Warranty

If your product experiences a malfunction covered under the warranty, please contact VIVANT customer support for assistance: support@vivantwine.com. Include your order number and proof of purchase (receipt) with your email. The customer support team will guide you through the warranty claim process.

Additional Notes

It's recommended to keep your purchase receipt for warranty purposes. Registering for the extended warranty provides additional coverage for your peace of mind.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
