Order Processing and Shipping Times
We work hard to ship your VIVANT order as quickly and safely as possible.
Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing. Once your order has been shipped, delivery time will depend on your shipping destination and the carrier service used.
The shipping cost will be calculated and displayed before you complete your order.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. VIVANT is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer input errors.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs clearance, carrier delays, and local holidays.
Some orders may ship faster or slower depending on inventory availability and proximity to our fulfillment locations.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the product and packaging remain in their original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product covered under warranty.
We do not charge restocking fees.
Final sale items are not eligible for returns.
Product Condition Upon Delivery
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Our support team will assist you with a replacement, repair, or return process.
Warranty
Venus and Titan
Products are covered by a 24-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase. Accessories related to the Products (e.g., batteries) are covered by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty.
Customers who register their product online may receive an additional 12-month extended warranty (excluding accessories). Please complete 🔗 the registration form with your purchase details to activate the extended warranty.
Lyra
Products are covered by a 12-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase.
What's Not Covered
The VIVANT Limited Warranty does not cover :
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs to the product.
- Malfunction or damage not caused by defects in materials or workmanship (e.g., user-inflicted damage).
- Normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
- Theft, loss, or environmental damage (e.g., water damage).
Warranty Claims & Repairs
Defective Products
If a product develops a fault covered under warranty or arrives damaged, VIVANT will cover the cost of return shipping and arrange for repair or replacement.
Please contact our support team to receive a prepaid shipping label or return instructions for your region.
Non-Warranty Repairs
For issues not covered by warranty, customers are responsible for shipping costs to the designated service center.
